Indra Iesalnieks, MA, PLMHP

Indra believes that the power of healing lies in the redemption and resurrection of one’s own broken story. She seeks to offer a safe and compassionate space where you can be heard and known so that you might engage your story with honor, curiosity, and hope. Indra has experienced that the beauty of change lies in walking through hardship or pain, not around it, and it would be her great privilege to accompany you on your healing journey.

Indra received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Crown College. Indra works from a trauma-informed perspective using person-centered and narrative therapeutic approaches and storywork techniques. Her training and experience include individual, couples, and group counseling and the integration of faith and spirituality in counseling when desired by the client. Prior to becoming a counselor, Indra has vast experience in public school secondary special education, music education, and vocational ministry, as well as life transitions and challenges.

When not in the office, Indra enjoys making music, seeking out beauty in nature and the arts, planting flowers, and connecting with people over ethnic foods and good coffee.

Indra accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Midlands Choice, United HealthCare, and self-pay.
